Justin Bieber’s wife Hailey intervenes after singer smokes next to his 15-year-old brother at Coachella

INDIO, CALIFORNIA: Justin Bieber may not have been a headlining performer at Coachella 2025, but he definitely became one of the most talked-about celebrities on social media as he attended the music festival in Indio, California, over the weekend. 

While the 31-year-old musician has long sparked concerns among his fans by showcasing a series of bizarre behaviors, the ‘Baby’ singer’s fans were in for another surprise as Bieber was seen smoking a joint in front of his minor brother. 

In a video that has gone viral and become a talking point among his fans, the Grammy winner’s wife, Hailey Bieber, could be seen intervening, as reported by Page Six.

In the concerning video, the Rhode Beauty founder can be seen gently nudging her 15-year-old brother-in-law, Jaxon, as Justin Bieber takes a puff in front of him while dancing shirtless.

After getting a directive from Hailey, the teenage brother of Bieber appears to move away. The 'Sorry' singer has four half-siblings: Jaxon and sisters Allie, Jazmyn and Bay.

While the clip spanned only a few seconds, music fans were left distraught by their favorite singer’s behavior. 

Some even showed concerns for Hailey, who welcomed a child with Bieber less than a year ago in August. 

This is, however, not the first time that the ‘Beauty and the Beat’ singer has turned heads at the 2025 Coachella. 

Last week, he got the tongues wagging after buckling his pants around his legs, leaving his underwear in full display. 

In fact, recently, another video of Bieber emerged online where the singer appeared to puff a joint, making many fans speculate that he “needs help".

Earlier this year, Bieber appeared to showcase a similar behavior when he was seen awkwardly vibing and swaying his body from side to side at Hailey Bieber’s Rhode pop-up event in Los Angeles, leading to speculations that the singer was using drugs. 

Nevertheless, his representative then dismissed the speculations, and told TMZ that the rumors were “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive," per Page Six.

Justin Bieber's bizarre behavior continues to worry fans

After the recent video of Justin Bieber smoking in front of his minor brother went viral, fans were left disturbed by his behavior. Some, while praising Hailey for taking a sensible decision, also urged her to reconsider her position with Bieber and "ditch him" for her own good. 

A social media user said, "Hailey had to get justin’s underage siblings away from his junkie self so he could do drugs at coachella. just embarrassing."

"He even took hailey with him as his care taker, he's such a man-child," pointed out another disgruntled user. 

Someone else declared, "He's proving the lyric "you're so embarrassing " everytime he steps out."

"What’s going on with him? He needs to tune it down before he has a seizure," noted a concerned user. 

A few social media users also suggested Hailey should consider at least "legal separation" for the future of their child, if not anything else. 

A reader commented online, "The poor guy looks like a junkie or an ex- convict, or like anything else but a happily married father of one. Hailey Baldwin is pathetically parenting the husband, her own child and her teen , brother in law... talk about chasing the bullet that Selena Gomez dodged!! 🤣."

"Hailey at least has some sense. Time for a visit to a lawyer not for a divorce but a legal separation, with no child visitation, until he cleans himself up," shared someone else. 

Another user noted, "Loser. She needs to ditch him for her own good and her kid's."
