Heather, who is married to real estate investor Tarek El Moussa, rose to fame in 2019 after appearing in the Netflix series 'Selling Sunset'. Previously, she appeared as the Playmate of February 2010 for Playboy Magazine.

In 2019, she met her then-future husband Tarek on a fishing trip. The couple tied the knot in 2021 and welcomed their son Tristan in 2023.
