Tarek El Moussa says ex-Christina Hall leaving him was the best thing that has ever happened to him
El Moussa shared that he and his ex Christina Hall were going through "a rough time" after she decided to leave him. The former couple finalized their divorce in 2018.
"I was not doing well. My mental health was in the toilet," the father-of-three confessed.
"I was on just so much testosterone 'cause I got some bad advice from a doctor. After my testicular and thyroid cancer, I wasn't feeling well so I was told I needed testosterone, and that was kind of the end of me, you know?," he added.
"The testosterone really threw every single anxiety or health issue I had into overdrive, and I just wasn't myself anymore," he continued.

"That is not the life I wanted. So, by accepting the fact that I had that life and I was not happy with that life, it gave me the drive to start rebuilding my life. And today, I'm married to Heather. [I] love her so much, right?" he continued.
