Initially released 15 years ago, 'Superficial' was widely panned upon debut, with its second single failing to chart. Now, propelled by fans’ goodwill and viral momentum, the album has reached an unprecedented level of success. Within hours, Pratt celebrated its rise to Number 2 and rallied supporters to push it to the top spot.

“This is for the history books,” Pratt quipped. “My kids won’t know it’s because our house burned down, they’ll just think their mom was a pop superstar.”

Montag and Pratt, parents to sons Gunnar, 7, and Ryker, 2, have shared their struggles candidly. In a series of TikTok videos, Pratt described his mental state as “crashing out” while grappling with the loss of their home. “I’ve been ‘faking it till you make it’ since 2007,” Pratt admitted. “Guess what? Faking it doesn’t make it—especially when everything burns down.”

The couple’s security cameras captured their home being consumed by flames.
