NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner recently revealed that his and Ivanka Trump's departure from political life will remain in place even if the former president wins the White House in 2024.

During an interview with The New York Times, Kushner said that his and Ivanka's lives will "continue to move forward" even if the GOP nominee becomes the next president, per Daily Beast.

Kushner and Ivanka cited their three children as the reason they were exiting the political world in November 2022, when Trump had made it official he planned to seek re-election, per the outlet.

Ivanka said in a statement in 2022, "While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena."

Ivanka remains absent from Trump's campaign trail

Ivanka Trump has been absent from the campaign trail with Donald Trump this cycle after being one of his biggest advocates in 2016 and 2020 when she was handed the honor of introducing her dad at the RNC on both occasions.

The New York Times reported that Ivanka has spent the last two years doing a bit of everything, everywhere instead of stumping for women’s votes in Pennsylvania and other swing states.

She’s taken pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower and with Kushner at the Acropolis and was captured on camera kicking it with Kim Kardashian in Malibu, sitting in prime seats at the Miami Open in March, and at the New York Mets game last summer, per the outlet.

Moreover, she did not speak on stage at the RNC in Milwaukee, showing up only for a brief appearance on the final day. She was also absent for the entire hush-money trial in Manhattan, where Trump was convicted of 34 felony counts.

They targeted senior figures in both the Republican and Democratic parties, days before the US election, with several people believed to be impacted, according to CNN.

A source told CNN that the scope of the hack is "way worse than the public knows" and officials are still sifting through the intrusions to determine the impact.
