SIOUX CENTER, IOWA: Former President Donald Trump does not consider himself a politician but an American worker.

Talking to a crowd in Sioux Center in Iowa on Friday, January 5, Trump said, pointing to the crowd, "I don't consider myself a politician; I consider myself like you."

"We are workers. We know how to do things, make money."

Liberal news network Meidas Touch's senior digital editor Acyn shared the speech's video clip on X (formerly Twitter).

As the front runner in the Republican primary polls, Trump is boosting his campaign in the Hawkeye state ahead of the GOP caucus scheduled on January 15.

The Republican presidential candidates are in their final lap campaign, with Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis conversing with the voters in back-to-back CNN town halls on January 4. However, Vivek Ramaswamy stayed away from the news network's event, citing his past experience where he accused CNN of threatening his campaign.
