LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: John Travolta took to Instagram on Saturday, April 13, to post a sweet tribute in honor of late son Jett Travolta's 32nd birthday.
Sharing a throwback photo of Jett, the 'Grease' star penned, "Happy birthday my Jetty—not a day goes by where you’re not with me!"
In the pic, Jett, who was four or five years old at the time, can be seen grinning from ear to ear while being held by his mother, Kelly Preston, with John standing by her side, as per Parade.

Jett died tragically at the age of 16 in January 2009, after suffering a seizure and hitting his head on a bathtub while on a family Christmas vacation in The Bahamas.
In 2020, John's wife, Kelly, succumbed to cancer. The two met in 1988 during the filming of 'The Experts' and went on to tie the knot in Paris in 1991.
They welcomed three children, Jett in 1992, Ella Bleu in 2000, and Benjamin in 2010.

During a 2014 interview at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London, John opened up about coping with the grief of losing his son, as per Fox News.
He described the feeling of losing Jett as "the worst thing that’s ever happened in my life."
The 'Pulp Fiction' actor also shared that he didn't know whether he was "going to make it," adding the Church of Scientology helped him cope with the tragedy.
Travolta expressed, "I will forever be grateful to Scientology for supporting me for two years solid ... I mean Monday through Sunday. They didn't take a day off, working through different angles of the techniques to get through grief and loss and to make me feel that finally I could get through a day."
