The 'Friends' star drew on her past experiences with high-profile infidelity rumors during her marriage to Brad Pitt to navigate this peculiar situation, Radar Online reported.

"Jen was going to have her people either not respond or give a 'no comment', but she thought that would add fuel to the fire," an insider revealed, "She decided to shut it down before it could get even more out of hand."

An insider shared that Jennifer has usually ignored outlandish rumors during her career, but the possibility of upsetting Michelle compelled her to address this one. 

The source explained, "She barely knows Obama, let alone is dating him. She told friends that after all these years of being in the spotlight, this has to be the most bizarre piece of gossip she has ever heard about herself."

They added, "She truly doesn't know how people come up with this stuff out of nowhere. More than being concerned about it, she's totally baffled. However, Jen's upset for Michelle because she's seen stories about the Obamas' marriage being on the rocks, and she knows firsthand what it is like to be at the center of stories like that."

Aniston’s history with public scrutiny, particularly during the fallout of her marriage to Brad Pitt in 2005 after his relationship with Angelina Jolie allegedly began on the set of 'Mr & Mrs Smith'.

A source revealed, "Jen's name keeps coming up when people talk about Barack. It doesn't mean something is happening, but perhaps he wants it to happen."

Meanwhile, someone close to the former first couple shared, "Barack is ready to move on, and Michelle is too. She sacrificed so much for him over the years, and she's finally putting herself first. They're already separated and living apart. Divorce will come later and quietly. For them to admit the failure is quite humiliating."

These speculations have intensified amid rumors of his romantic connection with Jennifer Aniston. The photograph of Obama dining alone was reportedly taken just before he attended President Donald Trump's inauguration, an event Michelle Obama was notably absent from.

According to The New York Post, Obama's arrival at the restaurant drew an enthusiastic response from other diners. Patrons cheered, applauded, and some even shouted, "We miss you!"

Obama graciously acknowledged the warm welcome with a wave before enjoying a menu featuring California-inspired pasta dishes and dry-aged Bistecca Alla Fiorentina. 

The rumors of a fling between Obama and Aniston first surfaced in a January 15 Substack post by author Jessica Reed Kraus. Kraus pointed to Michelle Obama’s absences from recent high-profile events, including former president Jimmy Carter’s funeral and Trump’s inauguration, as potential signs of a marital rift.

Kraus also claimed to have received a tip from someone alleging that Aniston had confided in her inner circle about a budding relationship with the former president.
