‘I am upset’: Lana Del Rey loses her cool in Paris as she lashes out at ‘stalkers’ for following her
PARIS, FRANCE: Lana Del Rey had to face a rather unpleasant situation on Friday, June 7, while strolling across the streets of Paris, that led her to lose her cool.
The 38-year-old songstress got irked when she found a group of people following and photographing her during her sojourn in the French capital.
When Lana Del Rey lost her cool in Paris
In a viral video posted online, the ‘Summertime Sadness’ singer could be seen stepping out of a store when she was taken aback on seeing a person recording her, per Page Six.
Del Rey warned the person saying, “Don’t,” before attempting to snatch the person’s phone. However, it is not known whether the photographer was a paparazzo or a fan.
In another post, the ‘Doin’ Time’ songstress was found venting out her anger at a large group of people who tried to take her photos.
“You followed me with my family! … Get away from me!” shouted the singer at the perpetrators.
After a while, though she started walking away, she came back again to slam the group, “Oh, you really think this is uncalled for? Don’t follow me! Don’t follow me!”
As a person from the group tried to calm her down, the ‘Margaret’ singer snapped, “I am upset” before lashing out, “Don’t let them follow me.”
She also shared her frustration, while revealing, “I only have one day here. I work every single day. I have four hours to myself.”
But this was not the end of it as an unidentified male said, “Don’t scream." Del Rey shouted even louder, and snapped, “Shut up!”
Later, when some of the photos from the day made it to social media by a different fan page, the ‘Video Games’ singer lashed out again, saying, “These a**holes actually told me that they were going to alter the pictures to make me look bad after we got into a fight.”
She added in another comment, “Stalkers.”
