During her court appearance, Evans reportedly stated that she "didn't even look at" her soon-to-be ex-husband.

The couple was seen at a North Carolina court, where Eason requested a continuance, implying that they will have to return for further proceedings, according to The Sun.

A separate source revealed, "David asked for a continuance, and the judge typically grants that first continuance, so they'll be going back."

Evans had filed for a domestic violence protective order against Eason, alleging emotionally abusive behavior and verbal insults directed at their children.

She also accused Eason of killing a puppy during an argument in February, which was witnessed by their stepdaughter.

The reality star accused Eason of making cruel comments like: "I hate these kids," "these kids are a--holes", "I just want to run away from these motherf------ and never come back."

She also alleged he'd slung homophobic slurs at one of the kids, telling them, "You're stupid," "stop acting so gay", "little screaming b----," "stop being a f-----," and "your mom is a piece of s---."

The reality star also confronted Eason's reported assault on her 14-year-old son, Jace, which occurred late last year. Evans shares Jace with ex Andrew Lewis. Additionally, she shares son Kaiser, 9, with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith, and daughter Ensley, 7, with Eason.
