WASHINGTON, DC: Conservative pro-life influencer Savannah Craven Antao said she was left with her “whole face cut open” after what she described as a brutal street assault in April, an attack she believes highlights the growing violence directed at conservatives. Despite this, she vowed to dedicate her life to continuing the work of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Craven Antao said her assault illustrates a troubling pattern where political disagreements are turning into physical violence.

“A lot of the time I’m met with violence, and that led to me being brutally assaulted on the street back in April,” she said.

“A difference of opinion is something that they’re willing to not only call you names over, assault you over, but then now we see, kill you over.”

Faith and Charlie Kirk’s influence drive Savannah Craven Antao forward

Craven Antao credited her resilience to her Christian faith and to the influence of Charlie Kirk.

“Charlie was shot in the neck for a reason. They want to silence his voice. He was getting into the minds and hearts of young people, changing lives all across the world right before he was murdered,” she said.

“I’m going to continue doing this because I know that it’s needed. I know it’s something that Charlie would want. My goal is just to continue his legacy and continue to try to save our country,” she added.

Savannah Craven Antao says duty is to speak and not stay silent

Reflecting on her assault and Kirk’s murder, Craven Antao warned that violence against conservatives is escalating.

“If somebody is willing to punch me in the face by just asking a question, why would the limit stop there? Why not kill somebody? Why not just completely try to silence them?” she said.

“We should expect anything at this point because they’ve gone as far as they possibly could already, so we should be prepared for everything. And the advice that I have for any other conservatives that want to speak out is that it’s our duty to speak for what’s right.”

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on September 10 while speaking at Utah Valley University, in an attack that stunned the political world.

Witnesses said the gunman opened fire during the event, striking Kirk in the neck. He was rushed to a hospital but later pronounced dead. The killing drew widespread condemnation and reignited debates about political violence in America.

Authorities identified 24-year-old Tyler Robinson as the suspect. He was charged with murder and related offenses, with prosecutors alleging he targeted Kirk because of his outspoken conservative views and growing influence among young voters.
