LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Candace Owens, the conservative commentator known for her outspoken views, has severed ties with The Daily Wire following a series of clashes with co-founder Ben Shapiro over the Israel-Hamas conflict and her propagation of various conspiracy theories.

CEO Jeremy Boreing confirmed the end of their collaboration on Friday morning, marking a significant development in the realm of conservative media.

Amid ongoing controversies, Candace Owens signals new beginnings

According to Daily Mail, in response to the announcement, Owens, aged 34, took to social media, declaring, "The rumors are true - I am finally free." She directed her supporters to her website, hinting at upcoming projects and the revival of her YouTube show after a temporary hiatus.

This move comes amidst ongoing controversies surrounding Owens, including her recent campaign alleging that French First Lady Brigitte Macron is transgender.

Throughout her tenure at The Daily Wire, Owens has been at the center of numerous online disputes, particularly with members of the Jewish community whom she accuses of targeting her due to her Christian beliefs.

Despite criticisms labeling her brand of conservatism as far-right nationalism, Owens has garnered significant attention and support from her followers.

Candace Owens prepares to speak out

An insider close to Owens revealed to DailyMail.com, "Candace will be speaking soon... Anyone familiar with Candace understands that she possesses an unyielding voice."

This sentiment reflects Owens' determination to continue advocating for her beliefs, despite facing backlash from organizations like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which recently branded her as an anti-Semite.

She wrote on X: '"I am grateful they have turned their smear merchant guns on me. The world already knows my heart. Their attacks will have the opposite desired effect. Awaken world. 'Thank you, @adl"

She continued: "My crime, is that I do not believe that American taxpayers should have to pay for Israel’s wars or the wars of any other country.I will not change my mind. So the question is what will you do to me next? The world is watching."

Candace Owens denies allegations

In a statement addressing the ADL's characterization, Owens vehemently denied the allegations, asserting, "The rumors are false. I am a proud Christian and have always stood against all forms of bigotry."

Owens' departure from The Daily Wire also comes on the heels of her involvement in spreading unfounded conspiracy theories, including the baseless claim regarding Brigitte Macron's gender identity. Additionally, her clashes with figures like Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, whom she has accused of being "satanic," have further fueled online controversies.

Despite calls for her dismissal, The Daily Wire had previously defended Owens, citing her right to free speech and adherence to contractual terms

As Candace Owens steps away from The Daily Wire, the internet stands divided, with some offering unwavering support while others criticize her controversial views.
