Prince Harry supposedly filmed the new video, which quickly went viral, attracting tens of thousands of new followers within minutes and causing the account's followers to surge to 659,000 in under a day, Daily Mail reported.

The video, which marked Meghan's return to social media, features her dressed in an all-white ensemble as she joyfully carves "2025" into the sand to ring in the new year.

As Markle runs along the shoreline, some fans claim to have spotted another "2025" written in the sand further away, suggesting that the shot may have been retaken.

The video also marks a milestone in her social media journey. After getting engaged to Prince Harry in 2018, Markle stepped away from social media due to royal protocols, limiting the couple’s online presence to their @sussexroyal handle.

However, after stepping down from royal duties in 2020, Markle reportedly created a new Instagram account in June 2022 but kept it dormant until the start of the new year.

Since then, Markle has been more active on her Instagram account, even posting another video to promote her latest Netflix documentary series.

Her account has gained over 900,000 followers since its relaunch, with fans continuing to express their admiration for her.

Fans spot '2025' error in Meghan Markle's beach video

While Meghan Markle's beach video was widely celebrated for its serene and personal touch, fans were quick to point out what they believe to be multiple filming attempts based on a small but noticeable detail in the background.

A user wrote, "She practiced that little video more than once as there's a faded 2025 next to her. Can't even get a video to look authentic 🙄."

Another added, "You can see other "2025"s as she walks up. This was a re-shoot, lmao."

The third commentator remarked, "So authentic, it took multiple takes to write four numbers in the sand."

"Was this her 3rd or 4th take? Rookie mistake to leave her other attempts writing “2025” in the shot," asked an X user.

A person stated, "Amazed she can spell “2025”…"

Another chimed in, "Even more than once! How sweet and spontaneous!"
