LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Chris Brown will likely have to shell out $15K after a court ordered the singer to pay the ex-backup dancer in damages over an injury.
Danielle Griffin sued the ‘Deuces’ crooner after suffering from serious eye injuries while shooting a music video for the ‘High End.'

The plaintiff alleged that someone from the makeup or wardrobe department poured fake blood over her face without proper protection in place. As per reports, Griffin was hired in September 2017 as a backup dancer for the artist’s music video, also featuring rappers Future and Young Thug.
The dancer shared that she didn't have any eye protection, but she was told the fake liquid was safe, reports Radar Online. Griffin ended up with swollen eyes, bright red, and coated in what looked like greenish goop, with pus coming out of her eyes.
She claimed her injuries were caused due to the "dangerous substance" poured on her during the shooting. Griffin’s attorney Arshia Mardasi said that her client had to go to three different hospitals in 24 hours to get help for her eyes.
The backup dancer also had to drop out of her master's degree program and missed out on other job opportunities due to the recovery time, per the legal team.
Brown was ordered to pay Griffin $14,977.95 over the incident, while the singer is valued to be around $50 million in worth.
