LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Social media users unleashed criticism on Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes after a source close to pop icon Taylor Swift suggested that Brittany's allegiance to the star is in doubt due to her support for Kim Kardashian's 'SKIMS' campaign.
Brittany had already faced scrutiny earlier when TikToker Jessica O'Connor accused her of rudeness toward restaurant staff and an alleged failure to tip during her stay at 1 Hotel in West Hollywood.

Sources say Brittany Mahomes' loyalty to Taylor Swift is fake
According to the Daily Mail, the buzz around Swift and Brittany's friendship stirred up social media when the 'Fortnight' singer appeared at Wisconsin's Lambeau Field stadium last December to support her tight-end boyfriend Travis Kelce, sporting a striking red coat that apparently belonged to Brittany.
Their bond seemed unbreakable as they cozied up in the stadium stands, indulged in shots, and danced together at afterparties.
Swift even seemed to welcome Brittany into her inner circle when they were spotted on a night out alongside Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and Sophie Turner in November, as reported by the Daily Mail.
However, sources close to Swift are now questioning the depth of their friendship, with some suggesting Brittany has been more eager than Swift to project closeness to the public eye.
Trouble first surfaced with Brittany's appearance in an ad for Swift's rival Kardashian's underwear brand, Skims. Sharing promotional pictures on her Instagram last November, Brittany posed with her husband Patrick and their children in cozy Christmas pajamas, captioning it, "The holidays start with @skims."
Sources told the Daily Mail that those close to Swift found it strange that Brittany did the campaign, noting, "It truly showed how loyal she is to her friends. And Brittany chose money over friendship, which says a lot."
