Dr Umar recently made an appearance on the 'Joe Budden Podcast,' and a segment of the show was shared on X by the user @TheArtOfDialogues.
The clip quickly gained massive attention, accumulating more than 26 million views after its release.
@TheArtOfDialogues provided context for the clip, stating, "Dr Umar accuses Vanessa Bryant of not using Kobe Bryant's money to do good in the black community."
In the clip, Dr Umar makes allegations against Vanessa, questioning her contributions to the Black community. He went on to assert, "Kobe Bryant died. Vanessa inherited his wealth. And guess what? Is Vanessa Bryant using any of that Black man's money to do any good in the Black community? Absolutely f**king not."
While some of the other hosts attempted to challenge his claims, stating that he lacked evidence, Dr Umar insisted that he was well-informed on the matter.
Expanding on his accusations, Dr Umar added, "Vanessa Bryant just started an initiative with three predominantly White colleges, some sort of a sports initiative, where Kobe's money and Kobe's name didn't choose a single HBCU. With a Black man's money."
One of the hosts then challenged him, suggesting that he was being unfair with his accusations.
