Rumer Willis' breastfeeding post celebrating International Women’s Day
Rumer is more at ease and self-assured than she could have ever dreamed after becoming a mother. Entering her 35th year as a mother and a woman, her greatest wish is to possess the courage and faith to part with everything that no longer benefits her or her beloved daughter.
Rumer, dressed casually in blue denim trousers without a top, shared the mother-daughter moment from the privacy of a bedroom. The emotional message she wrote to go with the picture was, "Love of my life... happy international women’s day."
Some praised the beauty and blessing of being able to breastfeed your children, arguing that as it is the epitome of nature, nursing ought to be accepted rather than looked down upon.
In the comments section of Rumer's post, the image sparked debate as some individuals contended that such private moments shouldn't be shared with the public.

Willis family 'obsessed ' with Louetta 'Lou' Isley
Rumer revealed in 2023 that becoming a mother has been an incredibly enriching experience, made even more so by her daughter's relationship with her famous grandparents, Bruce and Demi, from whom she inherited "the most magical parts" of herself.
Rumer talked about how much she had loved seeing little Louetta become a part of the close-knit family that raised her. Rumer feels her daughter will inevitably inherit the love, talent, and resiliency that Bruce and Demi represent, per PEOPLE.
Rumer claimed at the time that Louetta has also developed strong relationships with her aunts, Scout and Tallulah Willis, as well as Evelyn and Mabel Willis, Bruce's younger sisters whom he shares with Emma Heming Willis.
"They love her so much. It's such a joy to see. They're just obsessed with her," Rumer exclaimed.

Rumer Willis' breastfeeding post sparks mixed reactions online
Rumer's family members responded with nothing but love and support. Louetta’s father, Derek Richard Thomas, simply said, "Grateful for you," while Rumer's sister, Tallulah Willis, jokingly remarked, "My favorite heavenly buns!"
The responses from social media users were different from Derek and Tallulah's. Rumer received backlash from some for revealing such a personal moment to the public. One user said, "Things like this should remain private."
Another commented, "Beautiful picture, but someday that kid is going to be furious with you for posting their booty on the internet."
To which Rumer responded, "Or maybe she will grow up in a house where she learn to love and appreciate her body and won’t have any shame attached to it."
One more advised, "Don’t post pictures of your baby’s nude body online. Perverts get off on less than this. Please protect your children."
However, a fan defended Rumer amid the criticism, saying in part, "This is natural and if you know her mom she showed her body when she was pregnant she’s her apple and it’s natural."
"Don’t you just love when they start growing and those little long legs hang down. Also @rumerwillis there is nothing wrong with this picture. It’s absolutely beautiful," exclaimed another supporter.
One more added, "Beautiful photo. One Lou to cherish when she gets older. Happy International Women's Day. Proud mama."
"This is so beautiful in so many ways," chimed in another.
