LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Reality TV star Kim Kardashian aroused rumors on social media on Tuesday, March 12, when she recorded a close-up and personal TikTok video for her business SKKN by Kim.

The reality star joined the 'what's in my bag' craze in the video, but she chose to refer to it as a 'purse tour' and revealed the things she keeps in her bag.

Wearing a casual gray T-shirt for the video shoot, the SKIMS founder rummaged through her tote bag and extracted several goods, many of which promoted her skincare and makeup lines.

Kim, 43, used a Balenciaga bag in the recent TikTok video which caused the 'Kardashians' star to be under fire for her endorsement of the designer company Balenciaga since its 2022 holiday campaign was deemed 'pedophilic', per OK! Magazine.

Fans believed Kim Kardashian on Ozempic because of her facial features

Social media users were compelled to offer their opinions in the post's comments section after many appeared surprised by the obvious grin lines and comparatively full cheekbones Kim exhibited in the video.

One commenter mocked the reality star, saying, "She’s starting to really age! I always thought she looked so young for her age but the Ozempic is definitely aging her fast."

The person said that the reality star was using a weight-loss supplement, which can make wrinkles and sagging skin on the face worse.

A second user exclaimed, "LOOKS LIKE THE OZEMPIC HAS BEEN WORKING 🥰," while a third said, "She’s finally aging," and a fourth said, "She looks so old omg," shocking other viewers.

Kim Kardashian's doctor earlier revealed rise of 'Ozempic body'

Kim's doctor earlier claimed in 2023 that once patients take the popular weight-loss medication, they develop 'Ozempic body' or drooping skin and deflated butts.

Celebrity cosmetic dermatologist Simon Ourian, a physician and friend of the Kardashians, told The Hollywood Reporter that he saw patients who lost weight too quickly from the latest medicine Ozempic, resulting in drooping skin and "deflated" buttocks.

Ourian told THR that he used radiofrequency treatments to tighten the skin and muscles and injectable fillers to add volume to the body to treat the "Ozempic body."

"If you lose a lot of weight quickly, your skin gets saggy, everything from the face to the buttocks is deflated," Ourian explained.

"If you maintain your [new, lower] weight for a year or two, a lot of times your skin tightens up on its own. But if you want immediate results [because] you are in front of the camera, there are ultrasound and radiofrequency treatments, fillers or you can go as far as getting surgery."

Semaglutide, which balances insulin and other hormones, is marketed under the name Ozempic and is used to treat diabetes. In 2021, semaglutide received FDA approval for the treatment of obesity, marking the first time a weight-management drug has been approved by the agency since 2014.

"Ozempic face"—a term coined by cosmetic dermatologist Paul Jarrod Frank to refer to the stiff look resulting from sudden volume loss—is one unintentional side effect of the medication.

Even though Frank also uses injectable fillers to treat patients, he issued a warning that using too many syringes can result in an unnatural appearance.
