Isabella Strahan opens up about her 'completely awake surgery'
The third craniotomy was performed unexpectedly after she developed a fever and was rushed to the emergency room.
Isabella then got an IV inserted, a chemotherapy port accessed, and also underwent MRIs and CT scans.
She also disclosed undergoing a "little procedure" where she was awake throughout.
“I’ve had this one before. They stuck a needle in three spots and drained fluid and I was completely awake for this. My first completely awake surgery," she shared.
Isabella, who is one of Strahan's four children, previously shared that she first began experiencing brain tumor symptoms in September 2023 while she began her freshman year at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
