Britney Spears embraces intermittent fasting journey and spiritual transformation
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears is trying to raise her awareness and bring herself into a state of utmost consciousness through intermittent fasting.
The diva posted a cover picture of the book she's currently reading, titled 'The Transformational Power of Fasting: The Way to Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional Rejuvenation,' on her Instagram.
Britney also captioned her post, acknowledging that the journey has its highs and lows. The 42-year-old also disclosed that she does experience moments of weakness on some days.
“I have started intermittened fasting this week !!! It can make you feel weak for a few days but then you get a natural high from all the toxins being release,” she wrote in her caption.
She added, “I actually feel a little too tiny and weak to even think about shooting for Instagram right now!!!”

Spears is reading book on intermittent fasting to keep her on-track
Although Spears isn't feeling restless, she expressed her commitment to continuing her transformation.
She said, “But honestly, I like this spiritual dimension I’m on … I think we all have our level of prayer … I think I’ve experienced pretty low levels but also the highest levels as well !!!"
"It’s purification in its upmost way and to go into your body and mind to find your most enlightened state of consciousness seems so rad!!!” she added.
Britney mentioned the author's name and extended well wishes to her fans for a "good weekend."

Britney Spears recalls alleged encounter with a ghost at haunted hotel
In several other controversial revelations, Britney once asserted that she had been "attacked by a ghost" at a reputedly haunted hotel many years ago.
"That night I lay in bed 🛌 and then it felt like a cold wind 🌬️ out of f------ nowhere, and all of a sudden, it pushed me down in the bed," she said as reported by OKMagazine.
"Now usually when I tell this story most people say… she was just dreaming… no I wasn’t, I was WIDE AWAKE screaming from the top of my lungs. something was holding me down I couldn’t move for what felt like forever… It felt like someone was on top of me and I couldn’t get up for air," she added at that time.
