Jack Black and the 'Kung Fu Panda 4' premiere
Black, who is also reportedly set to join the cast of the upcoming live-action 'Minecraft' movie alongside Jason Momoa and Emma Myers, is currently in Sydney, Australia, for the premiere of 'Kung Fu Panda 4.'
Black, who voices Po, a giant panda in the movie, is married to Tanya, a successful singer and cellist.
The couple met twenty years ago at a private Los Angeles high school and have been married since 2006.
“My children are magical creatures and I love them to death,” the father-of-two said back in 2011, according to Dail Mail. However, he acknowledged at the time that parenting is challenging and requires a lot of energy.
In a recent interview durin the movie's premiere, Black was asked about 'Kung Fu Panda 4' being better than its predecessor. He responded, “I think it might be the best Kung Fu Panda. The laughs were coming strong. We were killing it, and James Hong and Bryan Cranston were killing me the most. I was dying. Judging from the audience reaction, we were getting tons of laughs.”
Hong and Bryan are the voice of Lee and Mr Ping in 'Kung Fu Panda.'
'Kung Fu Panda 4' features Britney Spears' reworked smash '...Baby One more Time'
The movie also features a song that Britney Spears' fans know well. A reworking of her smash ‘…Baby One More Time’ is featured during the end credits of the animated film and on its accompanying album.
The rock band Tenacious D- fronted by Jack Black, who stars in the film franchise- covered the single, according to Forbes.
It, however, noted ‘…Baby One More Time’ may become a Billboard chart hit again, but Spears may not make a ton from the track’s uptick in performance.
She didn’t write it so she won’t earn any songwriting royalties. Depending on how her contracts are structured and where the hit single is consumed—her version, that is—she may or may not make some money as a performer.
