LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Will Smith and Johnny Depp have become trustworthy pals as earlier reports revealed that the two have been frequent hangout companions and "fans of each other."

According to recent reports, Will is having a great time with his new best friend but the 'Wild Wild West' star's dominating wife Jada Pinkett Smith is upset about it and stomping her foot.

Jada Pinkett upset with Will Smith's rekindled bromance with Johnny Depp

Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, is unsure if it would be smart for her husband Will to become close to the 'Sleepy Hollow' star because of joyful and optimistic Johnny Depp, 61, and his hard-partying lifestyle.

An insider told In Touch Weekly that Will, 55, and Depp "go way back, they have a lot of mutual friends in Hollywood and recently they reconnected in a big way."

"Johnny has been taking Will on boys’ nights out and getting him involved in his rock band," they added.

Another insider earlier revealed, "Johnny’s pals fear his partying is once again catching up to him," which is why Jada seems to be worried about Will's rekindled friendship with Johnny.

"Some claim his boozing has gotten so bad that they want to stage an intervention," the source added.

The first source added, "He’s been promising to fix him up with some great summer parties and trips to Europe and introducing him to a whole new set of friends. Will is really psyched and saying he’s going to bring Martin Lawrence along, too."

The source further revealed that Jada is unhappy with Will renewing his bromance with Johnny. "For Jada, it’s pretty upsetting because she feels as though he’s running off living a single life and rubbing it in her face," they said.

"You’d think she’d be okay with it, considering how she’s been pushing for these separate lives, but when it’s her being made to look weak she flies off the handle and gets very jealous," they added.

"Will’s not offering to include Jada in his friendship with Johnny and he’s really flaunting it for everyone, which is embarrassing for her," the insider continued.

They further added that Jada is "not going to stand for it," citing Will's response to comedian Chris Rock's joke about her alopecia during the 2022 Academy Awards as proof that she takes insults seriously.

Indeed, she "is threatening to make things very difficult if he doesn’t get back in line and start acting more like a married man," the source noted.

The source further added, "She feels she has every right to be angry because she totally stood by him when he needed it and now he’s making her look like a total fool."

However, it appears that the 'Hollywood Vampires' singer is not slowing down, even after some information about his lifestyle surfaced during his legal struggle with his ex-wife Amber Heard.

Will Smith and Johnny Depp developed an unlikely friendship

A source previously told People that Will Smith and Johnny Depp "have known each other for years" and are "fans of each other." The stars were set to perform at an Andrea Bocelli-honoring concert following a boat trip in Italy.

The source added, "They see each other from time to time — both have busy traveling schedules, and Depp spends most of his time in the UK"

The source went on to add that Johnny and Will "share a passion for music outside of their acting careers" and that "the two men are in the south of France at the same time, as most of Europe [is] at the moment."

Recently, Johnny and Will spent some time together on a yacht with Egyptian musician Ahmed Saad while traveling around Europe.

In an image posted to Instagram on Tuesday, July 12, Saad stood between the two artists and beamed from ear to ear. A second photo of the trio posing with a bigger group was also posted in the post.

Depp and the 'Emancipation' actor were "together en route to the Andrea Bocelli concert they’re both performing at," a source told the outlet.

Their vacation in Italy wasn't their first time hanging out in public. According to TMZ, the two were also pictured together during the Red Sea International Film Festival opening night in Saudi Arabia last fall.
