ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Jamie Foxx apparently recently linked Sean "Diddy" Combs to the "medical complication" that led to his hospitalization in 2023, however, sources told TMZ that there is no truth to his claims.

Three individuals present during the taping of the comedian's upcoming Netflix special, 'What Had Happened Was', claimed that he talked about whether the disgraced music mogul was "responsible" for his 2023 hospitalization. However, they had different recollections of what Foxx actually said, as per Page Six.

Foxx collapsed during the filming of his Netflix movie, 'Back in Action', and was hospitalized in Atlanta, Georgia in April 2023.

Sources familiar with the matter revealed to TMZ that Jamie Foxx did mention the disgraced rapper by name during the taping of his shows, which took place on October 4, 5, and 6 at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, but he "wasn't being serious."

Several stories claimed that Foxx was "exposing" the true story behind his unexplained health crisis in April 2023.

Three separate eyewitnesses gave contradictory accounts. Two allegedly took Foxx's remarks regarding Diddy seriously, while a third claimed Foxx actually put an end to the notion by stating, "If [Diddy] was responsible, I’d be dead."

It is somewhat unclear what was actually stated because no one was permitted to record inside the location. Moreover, it is still unclear if that joke related to Diddy will be in the special.

In an interview earlier this month, producer Choke No Joke claimed there was a story circulating in the industry that the Bad Boy Records founder was responsible for Foxx's hospitalization.

He claimed to have been at some of the recordings for the special, where Foxx said that Diddy was to blame for his misfortune and that he was the one who reported Diddy to the FBI.

Jamie Foxx avoids questions on Sean 'Diddy' Combs 'poisoning' rumors

The Oscar-winning actor was spotted filling up his stunning baby-blue Mercedes G-Wagon in Los Angeles, on Friday, October 25, morning, amid circulating rumors that the imprisoned rap mogul might have poisoned him.

Foxx smiled and sidestepped the question by merely responding, "God bless you," when asked to address the rumors, as per Daily Mail.

However, celebrity security guard Big Homie .CC alleged in an interview with Cam Capone News that Diddy "poisoned" Foxx.

"I know [Combs] poisoned Jamie Foxx, and Jamie Foxx reported him to the FBI because of it… Jamie Foxx reported this man to the FBI because of this," claimed Big Homie.

According to the security guard, his allegations are based on hearing Foxx recount the incident at two of his comedy show tapings, which he apparently attended with a client.
