Jason Kelce reveals unusual gift he plans to give brother Travis and his GF Taylor Swift for Christmas
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jason Kelce disclosed what he will be gifting to his friends and family for Chritsmas and the most bizarre present he has saved for his brother Travis Kelce and his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ the former football center was asked if he'll be giving presents to Travis and the 'Cruel Summer' singer separately or a single one for both of them.
Jason shared, as per OK! Magazine, “It's tough to shop for people that can have anything that they want.”
“You gotta go to handmade gifts, something sentimental maybe, that is near and dear to them,” he continued before noting, “I got something up my sleeve this year.”
Jason Kelce plans gifting ‘macaroni necklace’ to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift
Jason Kelce then made his big revelation on the Thursday, November 21, episode of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'.
“A macaroni necklace — it works on me with my kids, very well,” he said, referring to his daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 20 months, whom he shares with his wife Kylie.
Kimmel could not hold his laughter as he said, “It would be funny if you make Taylor a macaroni necklace and then all of a sudden millions of girls are wearing macaroni necklaces.”
To which, Jason quipped, “Friendship macaroni necklaces. We just started a trend.”
Jason Kelce apologizes for smashing phone
Retired football player Jason Kelce has always been supportive of his brother's Travis high-profile romance with Taylor Swift.
Earlier this month when a football fan yelled at him, saying, “Hey Kelce! How does it feel your brother is a f****t for dating Taylor Swift?” Jason reacted aggressively and broke that person’s phone.
However, later he felt guilty for his behavior that happened before the Big Ten matchup between the Buckeyes and Nittany Lions in State College, Pennsylvania on November 2.
Jason told ESPN, “In a heated moment, I decided to greet hate with hate. I fell short this week.”
He further stated, “I think everybody has seen on social media what happened this week. Listen, I'm not happy with anything that took place. I'm not proud of it. In a heated moment I chose to greet hate with hate, and I just don't think that's a productive thing, I really don't.”
“I don't think it leads to discourse and it's the right way to go about things. In that moment I fell down to a level that I shouldn't have,” Jason added.
The former Philadelphia Eagles player, who is now an ESPN analyst, also asserted, “The bottom line is, I try to live my life by the golden rule. That's what I've always been taught. I try to treat people with common decency and respect, and I'm going to keep doing that moving forward.”
