Jason Kelce's YouTube channel launched on Thanksgiving day becomes Internet's 'new favorite'

KANSAS CITY, KANSAS: Jason Kelce, former Philadelphia Eagles player, officially joined the YouTube community on Thanksgiving day.

The 37-year-old shared the news via Instagram Stories, teasing his new venture into video content.

Jason Kelce revealed the launch with a clip on Instagram that read, “Happy Thanksgiving... guess I'm a YouTuber now."

He hinted at his first video, where high school students transform his 1986 Chevy into a Tesla-powered supercar.



 

Jason also announced his channel in a playful video shared on the YouTube TV Instagram account, along with his wife Kylie Kelce joking about Gen X editing skills for his announcement video.

He wears under-eye patches while the caption reads, “I let my Gen Z intern edit my YouTube channel announcement video.” YouTube TV also added in caption, "We can neither deny or confirm the amount of lip smacking on Jason Kelce’s future content.”

Fans were directed to subscribe via a link in the bio, ensuring plenty of anticipation for Jason's new content.

His YouTube announcement comes after his successful podcast venture with 'New Heights' which he runs with brother Travis Kelce.

In another video, titled "We Shot A Music Video With Mt Joy At An Eagles Game," Jason Kelce takes viewers behind the scenes of his Christmas song performance with Mt Joy on November 14.



 

The video captures the preparation leading to the performance before the Eagles played the Washington Commanders.

In his final video, "My $250K Field Goal Attempt at Penn State Went Viral (For the Wrong Reason)," Jason recounts his participation in Pat McAfee’s College GameDay kicking competition.

McAfee offered to donate $500,000 to Hurricane Relief if Jason could nail a field goal while wearing Timberlands.



 

“The day didn’t go exactly as planned, but that's what makes college football special—you never know what's going to happen," Jason said as noted by People.

He also addressed the viral clip where he smashed a Penn State fan’s phone after hearing a homophobic slur directed at his brother, Travis Kelce.



 

“It’s not who I am, it’s not what I stand for, and I’m not proud of it,” Jason shared in the video, adding, “Ultimately, I think it’s important that people see the good things that happened there.”

Jason Kelce’s new YouTube channel has cheered up his fans. “Love this! So excited for this channel!” one wrote in the comments of one of the videos.
