KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Once again, Jason Kelce has playfully addressed the fervent fans of Taylor Swift, known as the Swifties, suggesting that their admiration for the pop star influences their support for his brother Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Moreover, Jason recently voiced his appreciation for Swift and her increasing presence at NFL games. During a recent interview with WCPO 9 on February 2, he commended the pop star and commented on the attention she has drawn, particularly from Swifties, since she began dating Chiefs tight end Travis.

Additionally, Jason unexpectedly made a shirtless appearance at the NFL Playoffs recently, garnering attention from fans. Furthermore, his popularity soared after a collectible figurine by Funko was released, captivating fans even more.

Jason Kelce says Swifties root for Travis Kelce and Chiefs

According to People Magazine, Jason playfully joked on the most recent episode of their podcast 'New Heights', which he co-hosts with Travis, insinuating that Taylor Swift's devoted fanbase may have influenced the voting in their podcast's 'NFL Best Team Name Bracket' by showing favoritism toward the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jason humorously remarked, “The Swifties have this unrealistic infatuation with the Chiefs and Travis Kelce, and they’re only voting based on their love for you, not on their love for the team name. So it wasn’t a realistic representation.”

As per People Magazine, in jest, Travis countered, accusing his brother of swaying votes in favor of the Buffalo Bills, claiming he “completely screwed the Chiefs out of winning.”

Further elaborating on the playful banter, Jason noted that Swifties voted for the Minnesota Vikings over his team, the Philadelphia Eagles, in retaliation to him campaigning for the Bills on platform X. Travis, laughing along, questioned, "Why the f**k are you blaming all the losses on (Swifties)?"

According to People Magazine, Jason explained, “Well the Swifites got very upset, they don’t understand our politics. So, they got really of me manipulating votes.”

However, Jason later playfully enlisted Swift's fans for support when the brothers announced their nominations for podcast awards, urging, "Swifites, we’re talking to you right now, lets rig this vote. This is not for me, this is for Travis. Please go and vote for the New Heights show as the podcast of the year.” Travis further asserted, “92 percenters you know what to do.”

Previously, both Jason and Travis have expressed admiration for Swift and her fanbase, welcoming her to the 'Chiefs Kingdom' and celebrating her rookie year at the Super Bowl with the Chiefs.

Trolls want Travis Kelce and Chiefs to lose their Sunday game

Internet users clashed on Facebook about Jason's words on the Swifties' 'infatuation' with Travis and Chiefs.

A user wrote, "I am a NY fan and I am not at all a Swiftie…more of an infatuation with Lady Gaga myself…but I have to be honest I haven’t missed a KC Chiefs game since September…I love the attention of Travis and Taylor and Jason and their mom…its just something totally different when you’re talking NFL…keep the publicity going😊"

Another wrote, "Jealousy runs deep around here. I’m not talking about the Kelce’s either."

A user commented, "I’m sick of these guys. I hope he loses Sunday I really do then we’ll see how good he is."

Another user labeled Jason and Travis, "The Proud Boy bros!😂"
