On Christmas Day, the 'Friends' co-star conveyed a heartfelt message to her fans on her Instagram story, urging them to contemplate the genuine essence of life.

Aniston asked her fans to live fully and love deeply. The 'Friends' star, 54, worked with longtime friend and costar Mathey Perry for ten years on the show.
The inspirational message on Aniston's Instagram story read, "Have you ever sat with yourself and contemplated the concept of life? Time goes by FAST."
"You don’t get that back. Please go live. Love hard. Let go of fear. Love yourself. Love the people around you,” it added.
The post continued, stating, “Appreciate the hardships. Trust YOUR process. Feed your faith and never forget to FEEL. A lifetime isn’t that long.”
Jennifer Aniston said Mathey Perry wasn't struggling before his death
Jennifer Aniston and Mathey Perry played Rachel Green and Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom 'Friends.'
Perry died at his California home on October 28, at the age of 54.
In an interview with Variety on December, 11 Aniston said, "He was happy. He was healthy. He had quit smoking. He was getting in shape. He was happy — that’s all I know."
"I was literally texting with him that morning, funny Matty," she continued. "He was not in pain. He wasn’t struggling. He was happy."
Mathew Perry was found unresponsive and died from ketamine
The Los Angeles County medical examiner determined Mathew Perry's cause of death on 15 December to be "acute effects of ketamine."
He was undergoing regular ketamine infusions as part of the treatment for depression and drug addiction before his death.
Perry according to the autopsy report was found "floating face down in the heated end" of the pool.
Matthew Perry's ex-girlfriend, Kayti Edwards, who started dating Perry in 2011 and formerly worked as his secretary, disclosed Perry's drug addiction to the Sun.
“I was at Matthew’s place in the Hollywood Hills. He was in a bad way,” Perry's ex said.
“He had been getting high all night on a plethora of drugs, most likely crack cocaine and other substances.”
Edwards said Perry had glued his hand to his legs, stating, "It was desperately sad. I had to use nail polish remover and olive oil to free him."
