LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Aniston’s latest fitness photoshoot for her Pvolve collaboration has sparked a flurry of comparisons online, with fans dubbing the 55-year-old actress the "new Jane Fonda."

The images, which showcase Aniston’s toned physique, reminded many of Fonda’s iconic 1980s workout poses though with a modern twist, as Aniston donned sleek, jet-black workout gear instead of the neon colors of Fonda’s era, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Jane Fonda, 86, became synonymous with home workout videos during the 1980s, leading a fitness revolution that Jennifer Aniston’s fans now see mirrored in her own fitness journey.

In a behind-the-scenes clip shared by Aniston, the 'Friends' star can be seen engaging in a Pvolve workout, known for its science-based, low-impact exercises. The video revealed Aniston in a black bodysuit, showcasing her muscular arms and glowing tan as she powered through her routine.

Aniston has been open about her fitness regimen, sharing that she practices Pvolve five days a week. This includes 10- to 20-minute classes focused on functional fitness and resistance-based equipment. The actress credits Pvolve’s low-impact, but effective exercises for helping her maintain her enviable figure, staying around 117 pounds at 5'5".

In her collaboration with Pvolve, Jennifer Aniston also revealed that her approach to health and fitness has evolved. After years of intense cardio workouts, she admitted that the constant strain took a toll on her body.

"I believed for so long that I needed 45 minutes of cardio to get a good workout, but that mindset just burned me out," she told InStyle. Now, her workouts are more varied and balanced, helping her avoid injury and burnout.

On setting the right tone for her workouts, she revealed, "I much prefer working out with friends."

"Doing your own workout by yourself, meh. If you get some good music going you can have fun, but I like to be guided. It's too easy for me to do things less correctly than I should."

The Hollywood starlet began using the program after suffering a back injury two years ago.

She says Pvolve helps "rebuild and strengthen" her body with its on-demand workouts. "As we enter these wonderful later stages of life, it's important to keep things engaging—and we need to treat our bodies with more care," the Friends alum shared with People this week.

The Emmy Award winner is dedicated to maintaining a balanced, health-conscious lifestyle, sticking to a diet rich in protein while keeping carbs and sugar to a minimum.
