LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Garner has sparked health concerns as she juggles her Hollywood career, philanthropy, parenthood, her boyfriend John Miller, as well as her ex-husband Ben Affleck amid his difficult divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

Sources revealed to Radar Online on Saturday, February 15, that the '13 Going On 30' actress has lost significant weight due to her demanding and stressful routine, leaving her with a "skeletal" appearance, and this has her friends worried.

According to sources, Jennifer Garner's friends have been asking her to take some time to care for herself because she continues to put herself last while juggling her Hollywood profession, parenthood, charity, and other commitments.

"Jen hasn't burned out yet, but she's come close and knows it's because she has a hard time saying no, especially when it comes to helping neighbors or lending a hand to the community," an insider said.

"You're seeing that up close as she puts in real hard work around the wildfire recovery. The disaster directly affected people she has known for years through church and in her neighborhood," the source added.

The source said of Garner, "She has nothing to prove, since she's one of the most hands-on moms in Hollywood. She doesn't even have an army of domestic helpers."

The source said that 52-year-old actress tends to push herself too hard in everything she does and disregards her own needs.

"Jen only had a supporting role in 'Deadpool & Wolverine' last year but she spent months getting back into shape and sharpening her martial arts training so she could do her own stunts," the insider said.

Despite receiving praise for her exceptional performance in the movie, the insiders suggested that Garner should have been a little more self-centered and refused to accept every request for a favor.

The insider said, "The movie was a hit and Jen won raves, but you kind of wish she was a little more selfish and didn't feel the need to say yes every time a friend asks for a favor."

"She doesn't want to admit it, but she has a messiah complex and is always putting other people's needs first. You'd love to see her go sit on a tropical beach – but Jen isn't wired that way. Her life is exhausting," they added.

Garner was once seen pulling up to Affleck's Los Angeles home. The actress was seen reaching out her window to enter the gate code as she drove up to the actor's house, per Daily Mail.

Garner has reportedly been experiencing fatigue as a result of providing support to the 'Gone Girl' actor while also balancing her business, family, and charitable endeavors.

Garner and Affleck have always maintained a friendly and supportive relationship and although both have been seen hanging out often after Affleck's divorce, sources said Garner still has a strong relationship with Miller.

An insider previously informed Us Weekly, "Everything is fine with John and Jen. Those close to them haven’t heard of any issues," dispelling speculation that Miller was uncomfortable with his girlfriend's continued backing of Affleck.

Garner and Affleck ended their ten-year marriage in 2015 after having three children together: Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12. Garner and Miller started dating in 2018, after she finalized her divorce with Affleck.

After two years of dating, the pair ended their relationship in August 2020, but rekindled their romance less than a year later in May 2021.
