Jennifer Garner and John Miller feel they're 'informally engaged' as couple is set to tie the knot soon
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Garner and John Miller are reportedly going strong and even thinking of a wedding after over six years with each other.
Lately, there have been speculations of trouble in their love life due to Garner’s close bond with her former husband Ben Affleck.
However, now a source has said, “John has proven, without a doubt, that he’s willing to stand by Jen through anything,” referring to Miller who helped the ‘13 Going on 30’ actress' efforts in providing meals for first responders and victims of the Los Angeles fires, as per Life & Style.
Jennifer Garner and John Miller’s wedding ‘will be very small’
Talking about the couple's impending nuptials, the insider told the outlet, “She’s saying the wedding will be held this summer.”
They also noted that the duo, who have been dating since 2018, “have considered themselves informally engaged for well over a year, and everyone who needs to know has been aware of their intention to tie the knot.”
“It’s always just been a question of when!” the tipster mentioned.
Giving out more details about the couple's upcoming wedding, the source revealed that they’re analyzing the logistics part but Garner and her businessman boyfriend know, “the wedding will be very small, and they don’t want anything ostentatious.”
Affleck and his three children — Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 12, whom he shares with the ‘Elektra’ star, are expected to attend the wedding. Miller’s two children from his previous marriage with violinist Caroline Campbell will be present as well.
“Other than that, it will be a few family members and a handful of pals,” the source added.
John Miller and Jennifer Garner have a great understanding
The insider also went on to share why Jennifer Garner and John Miller like to keep things “spontaneous and lowkey.”
They explained, “It’s way more romantic to them if they can meet somewhere off the beaten track, where they’ll stroll around hand-in-hand without being recognized.”
Besides, one more thing that keeps their love intact for each other is understanding.
“When Ben’s marriage to JLo crumbled, Jen flew into savior mode and John had to take a back seat. There was no drama; John was extraordinarily understanding, which made Jen fall even more in love with him,” the source said.
Like Garner, Miller is also in a co-parenting situation, so “John and Jen can relate to each other. They are in agreement on just about everything. In many ways, they feel like a married couple already,” the insider added.
