With his recent gold medal and MVP victory at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers is enjoying a great August.

Lopez, however, had a month she would like to forget about. The singer-actor filed for divorce from Affleck at a Los Angeles Superior Court on August 20. The couple had tied the knot in 2022.

Nemo Shirts, an online store, brutally brought out t-shirts and sweaters with Lopez, photoshopped onto the body of WNBA player Angel Reese and competing against James, with the bold text phrase, "Race to five rings," per the New York Post.

One particularly funny and creative social media attack was accompanied by a James vs Lopez ring graphic.

Basketball Forever account posted on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption: "After divorcing Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez will now test free agency and pursue her fifth ring."

For those who are wondering what the "Race to 5 Rings" signifies, Lopez would be pursuing her fifth wedding ring if she wants to move on to another relationship after her Ben Affleck divorce, while James is after his fifth NBA championship ring.

Lopez had been married to singer Marc Anthony for the longest time before she tied the knot to Affleck, 52, two years ago. Lopez and Anthony wed in 2004 and were together till 2014. They share twins Max and Emme, 16.
