A mole citing the insider told DailyMail, “After four failed marriages, her friends feel that she should take a look inside and focus on herself instead of what others want her to be and finally figure out who she is and what she wants from her future.”

Jennifer Lopez reportedly decided to officially end her fourth marriage, this time with Ben Affleck, on Tuesday, August 20. She filed the papers without legal representation, and the date of separation listed was April 26, 2024.

However, the tipster also claimed that Jennifer Lopez is not solely to blame. “Jennifer said she was tired of being humiliated by Ben, and she waited until the two-year anniversary to file because she wanted to make a statement,” they said.

The source added, “But it did not sting him. He's been done for a long time and deep down she knows this. He let her have this so that she wouldn't look like the villain.”

This came after earlier in August, a source disclosed to Page Six that the 52-year-old actor left Lopez “furious” and “humiliated” as they went their separate ways.

The tipster revealed, “She’s furious. He has humiliated her. He was the one who initiated getting back together.”

“He’s humiliated her because she made a big deal that he’s the love of her life. They just had two weddings two years ago. This is some kind of a record, they’re not young kids,” the source said.
