Jennifer Love Hewitt slams trolls for body-shaming and accusing Anne Hathaway of fake pregnancy
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Love Hewitt has blasted trolls and urged them to “stop talking about women’s bodies” after they attacked Anne Hathaway and questioned her third pregnancy.
Hathaway faced accusations of faking her pregnancy after she appeared at the premiere of ‘The End of Oak Street’ on Sunday, August 9, wearing a blue halter top and low-rise jeans.

On Monday, Hewitt took to her Instagram Stories, calling the ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ star “perfection” while praising her for her hard work.
The ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ star began, “Anne Hathaway, you are perfection. This woman has been working sooo hard. Handling it all with such grace and by the way looks incredible!”
“And now we are going to comment on her body while pregnant. Please stop talking about women’s bodies. Please leave women alone,” she added.

Hewitt’s support for Hathaway, who is pregnant with her third child with husband Adam Shulman, came after the 43-year-old actress hit back at her critics.
Sharing behind-the-scenes footage before the premiere along with moments from the event, she wrote, “Fake hair, real bump. Enjoy The @endofoakstreet Block Party chaos with me as my outfit literally melts in the heat!!”

Hathaway has been open about her recent pregnancy after conceiving in her 40s.
‘The Princess Diaries’ actress reportedly said at the New York premiere of ‘The Odyssey’, “There’s always hope until there’s not, but when you get to a certain age, that hope looks like 1 percent to 2 percent. So we just decided to see where life took us, with a very, very healthy, realistic expectation, which was very low…”
“We’re overjoyed, because we just know from personal experience that not everybody gets this,” Hathaway, who is already the mother of sons Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6, added.

Meanwhile, Hewitt has previously opened up about her own experience with body-shaming.
“I worked hard on [I Know What You Did Last Summer]. I brought good stuff to it, and no one was talking about it. It was just ‘Boob, boob, boob’ everywhere,” she once revealed.
Hewitt added, “I really wanted to be a good actor, and I was trying to give to the people watching. I was trying to outact the conversation around my body.”
