LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jeremy Renner took to Instagram on January 1, 2025, to mark the second anniversary of his snowplow accident with a powerful message of gratitude for the people who helped save him.

The actor, best known for his roles in 'Avengers' and 'Mayor of Kingstown', reflected on the harrowing experience that nearly took his life and expressed his appreciation for the people who helped him through his recovery journey, People reported.

“Happy New Year blessings to you all….Ringing in my second ‘ReBirthday’ today,” Renner wrote, sharing a photo of himself in the hospital surrounded by the medical professionals who aided in his recovery.

Renner, 53, expressed deep gratitude for the dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and first responders, acknowledging, "I send out my love, respect, and gratitude for the army of people that it took to put me back together again. Thank you to each and every nurse, doctor, first responder…I literally owe you my life."

Renner also made sure to thank his family, particularly his brave nephew, as well as his neighbors who acted swiftly to assist him on the icy morning of the accident.

"ll my heart goes out to my beautiful, brave nephew and the angels (my neighbors) who jumped to my aid and endured the chaos for 45 long minutes on the icy asphalt New Years morning," the 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' star added.

He recalled the traumatic 45 minutes they spent aiding him while offering his sincerest apologies for the distressing images they may carry from that day.

In a message filled with gratitude, Renner acknowledged the immense support from fans and loved ones worldwide.

"My gratitude list is very long …. With the amount of love and prayers that flooded in from you all around the world (needing each and everyone of them), my family never leaving my side , with some divine intervention, a bit of luck and a whole lot of miracles … I stand strong again," he said.

With a heart full of thanks, Renner closed his post with renewed optimism, stating, "More Open. More Loved. More Connected. And f—--- BLESSED to take my next step, to take MY NEXT BREATH."
