MIAMI, FLORIDA: Former President Donald Trump's appearance at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami over the weekend contrasted sharply with President Biden's low profile, fueling discussions about political strategies.

Highlighting the moment, Jesse watters took to his X profile, writing, "After escaping court for the weekend, Trump made a big splash at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami while Biden’s being sent back to the basement."

Watters praises Trump's high-energy appearance at Formula One Grand Prix

As per the Miami Herald, former President Donald Trump, along with prominent figures like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and LeBron James, made an appearance on the afternoon of May 5 at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.

Trump, who is also a 2024 presidential hopeful, arrived at the Miami International Autodrome, a temporary track set up for the F1 race at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

This appearance coincided with his ongoing trial in New York, where he faces allegations of paying Stormy Daniels to maintain silence before the 2016 election.

Watters further noted in his 'Primentime' segment, "So we're six months from the finish line and only one guy's hitting the gas. Trump hit up the Formula One Miami Grand Prix Sunday and fans thought he was Elvis."

"And marching down the racetrack, the former president chatted up the pit crews and met with the CEOs of McLaren and F1 and got a lot of love from the crowd," said Watters, showing a clip where several onlookers chanted "USA" upon Trump's appearance.

However, as Lando Norris made his first win, watters stated, "Total upset. Later, Trump claimed he was Lando's lucky charm. But 45 couldn't lay on too much charm because he was gagged."

One viewer pointed out, "Sh*t he pays people to come applaud him."

A follower observed, "Yeah, like Fat Elvis on his farewell tour."

A user stated, "Trump feeding his ego at sporting events benefits nobody, accomplishes nothing."

Another comment read, "Trump has to show up where there are already crowds so people can clap for the freak show. Sad…"
