LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jessica Simpson has listed her lavish Hidden Hills estate for $17.9 million, marking a significant shift in her life.

The 13,274-square-foot mansion, purchased in 2013 from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for $11.5 million, has been a cornerstone of her family’s life for the past decade.

Simpson's seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom property features an array of luxury amenities, including a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a sound studio, a gym, a guest house, and a stunning pool with a shallow section perfect for children.

The 44-year-old actress shared glimpses of the home over the years on social media, including holiday decorations and her children’s milestones.

The Hidden Hills mansion was initially listed for $22 million in September 2023 but was removed from the market.

On January 11, it was relisted at $17.9 million, two days before Simpson publicly addressed her marital struggles, according to E! News.

Known for her career as a pop icon and fashion designer, Jessica Simpson’s decision to sell comes shortly after announcing her separation from husband Eric Johnson, 43, following ten years of marriage.

On January 13, Simpson confirmed the split in a heartfelt statement to People, saying, “Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage."

"Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them," she shared.

“We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family,” she added.

In addition to personal upheavals, Jessica Simpson’s family faced an evacuation due to wildfires in Los Angeles.

She shared an image of smoke rising from the backyard of her mansion on her Instagram Story, writing, “We stayed as long as we could.”
