WASHINGTON, DC: Podcast host Joe Rogan launched into a fiery tirade on Tuesday, throwing his weight behind President Donald Trump’s Secretary of War Pete Hegseth’s campaign to clean out what they describe as “crazy people” from the US military’s leadership ranks.

On his latest podcast, Rogan accused the Biden administration of filling top defense posts with “extreme leftists” pushing “identity politics” instead of military readiness.

“No more identity politics and bulls**t. The most important thing is be ready,” Rogan said, stressing that combat effectiveness should be the sole priority.

Joe Rogan backs Pete Hegseth’s Quantico address

Rogan’s comments came ahead of Hegseth’s scheduled speech to senior military leaders at Quantico. Rogan explained that the meeting aimed to provide generals and admirals with a new mandate focused on preparedness rather than politics.

“Supposedly … they want to get all the generals together and give them some sort of a moral and ethical mandate. Like preparedness,” Rogan said. “This is where our goal is. This is where our job is.”

Joe Rogan blasts Biden-era appointments

Joe Rogan blasted the past four years under former President Joe Biden, accusing the administration of prioritizing inclusivity over combat readiness.

“You saw what the f**k was going on over the last 4 years! You got guys in dresses talking about how it’s really important to have inclusiveness,” Rogan told guest Andy Bishop.“We had crazy people that were in charge of very important positions,” he added.

Rogan pointed to the case of Sam Brinton, a non-binary Biden appointee who once served as deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition at the Department of Energy.

“That guy was in charge of f****g nuclear waste! And he running around stealing people’s underwear,” Rogan said, citing Brinton’s conviction as proof of misplaced priorities in Biden’s staffing choices.

Joe Rogan shocked by 'normal people' celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death

In the podcast, he also mentioned the killing of Charlie Kirk. Rogan said what shocked him most was that it was “normal people” who were cheering Kirk's death and opined that they should have known better.

“One of the most frightening aspects about the entire incident was the fact that perfectly normal people celebrated the murder of a young man because they did not like what he had to say,” Rogan observed.

“I don’t think some of the things he said he should have said,” Rogan continued. “But the fact that people were cheering when he died…normal people, housewives, moms, like f*****g people working at banks, people working at various industries celebrating a man getting shot in front of his kids in front of the whole world. Like what the f**k is wrong with us?”
