WASHINGTON, DC: Joe Rogan raised eyebrows during his latest podcast episode by suggesting that Hunter Biden, often a magnet for political controversy, is far more intelligent than he’s given credit for and could even be a viable presidential candidate in the future.

Speaking with comedian Joe DeRosa on 'The Joe Rogan Experience', Rogan reacted to Hunter Biden’s viral interview with journalist Andrew Callaghan by praising the depth of Hunter’s insights even on the subject of crack cocaine, a drug he famously struggled with in the past.

Joe Rogan defends Hunter Biden’s intelligence

“It’s the greatest crack advertisement of all time,” Joe Rogan joked, referencing how convincingly Biden explained the drug’s appeal. “No. If crack wasn’t terrible for you, this guy makes want to try crack. I’m not going to. Don’t do it. I’m not giving any advice, but I’m saying this guy, like legitimately, this might be the best advertisement for crack of all-time.”

“He’s a lot smarter than people give him credit for,” Rogan said. “He’s talking, and one of the things he was talking about was why smoking things are so addictive, why smoking cigarettes are so addictive, and the psychology behind it. He’s not dumb. ”

Rogan even entertained the idea of a future political path for former President Biden’s only surviving son. “He could be president. No bulls**t,” Rogan said.

“Hunter Biden, after all he’s been through, look, his dirty laundry is all out there…He’s smarter than his dad when his dad was young,” he added. “And he was a crackhead.”

Viral clip shows Hunter Biden explaining drug science in detail

Joe Rogan played a segment from Hunter Biden’s recent viral interview with Channel 5’s Andrew Callaghan, during which Hunter touched on a range of subjects, including the science behind cocaine.

Hunter Biden stated, “The only difference between crack cocaine and cocaine is sodium bicarbonate, water, and heat. That’s literally it.” Callaghan chimed in, saying, “And those things are pretty much free, if you go to a science store.”

Hunter Biden responded, “You can go to your neighborhood convenience store and just get, anyway, I don't want to tell people how to make crack cocaine, but it literally is a mayonnaise jar of cocaine and baking soda.”

He went on to explain that the experience of using crack compared to cocaine is “vastly, vastly different,” describing it as significantly more euphoric.

Internet reacts after Joe Rogan floats Hunter Biden for president idea

Joe Rogan has sparked a fresh wave of internet debate after he praised Hunter Biden’s intellect and speculated somewhat seriously about the possibility of former President Biden’s son running for office in the future.

Online reactions ranged from disbelief to intrigue.

“I mean, how much worse could things get? I say we roll the dice on him,” one user joked.

“If he actually ran, PLEASE make ‘We’re cracking down on crimes’ as your slogan,” another added.

Others took a more serious tone, “I know conservatives are saying that as a joke to mess with Hunter Biden, but he truly is a sharp guy. MAGA tried to portray him as an idiot, but Hunter is probably smarter than the entire Trump family combined. If he stays on the right path, I'd vote for him in 4 or 8 years.”

But not everyone was buying it, “Wild take from Rogan. Hunter Biden for president? That’s one headline we didn’t see coming.”

“Joe Rogan has lost his mind if he’s praising Hunter Biden,” one user fumed.

“He said it in jest but okay,” another added, while one simply wrote, “Heaven help us.”

Another said, "What a dumb thing to think, much more say out loud."
