What did John Fetterman say about Elon Musk's role in Trump campaign?

John Fetterman told the New York Post,“Musk is a concern. Not even just that he has endorsed [Trump], but the fact that now he’s becoming an active participant and showing up and doing rallies and things like that."

“I mean, [Musk] is incredibly successful, and, you know, I think some people would see him as, like, a Tony Stark,” the politician referred to the iconic Marvel character.

“Democrats, you know, kind of make light of it, or they make fun of him jumping up and down and things like that. And I would just say that they are doing that at our peril,” Fetterman added.

Internet reacts to John Fetterman's remark over Elon Musk's active role in Trump campaign

Netizens supported Elon Musk's endorsement for Donald Trump amid John Fetterman's comments. The X platform owner is openly capaigning for the former president.

One social media user said, "Trump's policies as president benefited All Americans. That’s all we need to remember. The radical left is destroying the USA."

"Last night, Trump had Tommy (the Hitman) Hearns at his rally. As a boxing fan, that meant just as much to me as Elon," another opined.

"Musk will do a great job trimming all the unnecessary government spending just the same way he did, turning Twitter into X. Can't wait for a balanced budget and accountability," one felt.

An individual shared, "So all the commercial talent stumping for Harris/Walt isn’t a concern but when it’s done for the dreaded competition it is? Most likely he’s saying’I tried to warn you’ and the shmedia is putting a spin on it. They definitely struggled with Truth."

Another user commented, "Fetterman, a truth teller? He doesn’t have the right amount of concern about the integrity of the vote counting in 2020 to be considered a truth teller. I think it’s great the Elon is such a passionate supporter of Trump. That’s good news for America."
