Johnny Depp may appear in 'Pirates Of The Caribbean’ reboot two years after Amber Heard trial
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It's been almost two years since the defamation case trial that pitted Johnny Depp against Amber Heard.
Despite the Virginia court largely ruling in favor of Depp, he faced repercussions and spent most of his time out of the limelight.
Johnny Depp can be seen again as Captain Jack Sparrow
Reportedly, the production of 'Pirates Of The Caribbean' even left out the 60-year-old, which left him disheartened.
During this challenging period, he also suffered the loss of two close friends, Jeff Beck and Shane MacGowan.
However, according to sources cited by the Daily Mail, there is speculation that Depp may reprise his role as Jack Sparrow.
A tipster hinted at the possibility, stating, "Johnny has always been so touched by how many people love and resonate with the character, so anything is possible."
Furthermore, the 'Jeanne du Barry' star is reportedly planning to launch his own brand of rum.
Johnny Depp reportedly preferring a single-life
However, regarding Depp's love life, it appears he wants to remain single for now.
Despite the apparent romance between the 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' actor and lawyer Joelle Rich, who defended him during the 2020 London trial against Heard, he now claims to be "too busy" to pursue a new relationship.
Amber Heard has started a new life in Spain
Meanwhile, Depp’s ex-wife Heard is also said to be living a quiet life in Spain after the Virginia court case.

The 'Aquaman' actress relocated to another part of the world from the US after experiencing hate and trolling during and after the Virginia trial.
Following the ruling, she even posted a statement, noting, “The disappointment I feel today is beyond words. I'm heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still was not enough to stand up to the disproportionate power, influence, and sway of my ex-husband.”

“It sets us back to a time when a woman who spoke up could be publicly shamed and humiliated. It sets back the idea that violence against women should be taken seriously,” Heard added.
