Jon Jones celebrates UFC win with Donald Trump’s YMCA dance, Internet says ‘GOAT recognizing GOAT’

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Heavyweight champion Jon "Bones" Jones celebrated his victory over Stipe Miocic at UFC 309 by performing the iconic YMCA dance of Donald Trump on Saturday, November 16, reported the Mail Online.

The president-elect was present at the Madison Sqaure Garden arena to witness the event that evening, accompanied by his star supporters, including UFC CEO Dana White, Elon Musk, Robert F Kennedy Jr, Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswamy, Mike Johnson, Kid Rock, as well as his sons Don Jr and Eric Trump.

Trump was welcomed in the arena with thunderous applause and even broke into a dance himself as the YMCA blasted through the sound system prior to the main event.

Jon Jones pulled off a stunning knockout of Stipe Miocic on Saturday to retain his heavyweight belt. Jones singled out Donald Trump during his victory celebration in the ring and performed some moves of the latter's signature dance.

He ended by pointing at the president-elect and making a thumbs-up gesture. Trump was visibly pleased with the demonstration, as he nodded and applauded from his front-row seat beside Elon Musk.

After leaving the cage, the fighter went over to Trump to hand him his heavyweight belt and cheer for him, with those present joining in. The overjoyed 78-year-old tried to hold it high, before shaking Jones' hand and engaging in a brief conversation.

The subject of the conversation remains unclear, with Jones squatting on the stage to level with Trump at the time.
