In November 2023, Waterhouse revealed that she and Pattinson were expecting their first child together when she debuted her baby bump in a glittery silver dress while she was on stage for her concert at the Corona Capital Music Festival.

"Then he'll come out for a couple of days," she told to The Sunday Times in February 2023.

She also shared that she was surprised to be "so happy with someone for nearly five years."

"I'm always incredibly excited when I see his name pop up [on my phone] or even a text and I think he feels the same about me," she added.
