'Just in awe': Internet admires Rumer Willis as she shares photo of Bruce Willis holding his granddaughter Lou on baby's first birthday

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rumer Willis shared a series of photographs of her daughter Louetta who just turned one, and shared a snap of her with Bruce Willis.

In her carousel, Rumer gave a sneak peek of her pregnancy and the birth of Louetta. In one of the snaps, she shared a picture of the ‘Pulp Fiction’ actor holding baby Lou, per E! News.

The photo marked a glimpse in the life of the ‘Die Hard’ actor’s sweet bond with his granddaughter. The 69-year-old veteran actor stepped away from acting in 2022 after getting diagnosed with aphasia and subsequently with frontotemporal dementia.

Rumer Willis wishes her daughter on her birthday

The ‘Striptease’ actress shared a lengthy post on April 20 to mark the first birth anniversary of her daughter who she shares with her partner Derek Richard Thomas.

Sharing a bunch of photos, she wrote, “Oh my tiny tender daughter, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE 1 ✨.”

She recalled, “This last year with you has been the best year of my life. Lou I have never known a love like yours. You are the most delicious, most beautiful, smartest, funniest, sweetest girl I know.”

“I can’t believe you chose me to be your mama oh my goodness. Every day you grow and learn more and you are my greatest teacher and my deepest love,” gushed the new mother.

She continued, “You are a gift to everyone you meet and your smile is almost blinding it’s so magical. Your laugh is my favorite sound in the whole wide world. Your tiny kisses are the best thing to wake up to. I love you so deep in my bones my tiny daughter. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings!! 🌀.”

Rumer paid individual tributes to Lou’s grandmother Demi Moore, and her aunts while writing, “Thank you to @demimoore for being the best Ya Ya I could ask for, Lou loves you so much. @scoutlaruewillis @buuski Mabel and Evelyn for being the greatest aunties and Emma for being bonus Gma and my Papa and @ericbuterbaugh for being the best Papous.”

She penned a sweet note for her partner, writing, “Thank you @derekrichardthomas for the greatest gift of my life. She is so lucky to have you as her papa. 💕 I can’t believe our baby girl is 1 🥳.”

“Thank you to my incredible support system of women who helped me bring this magical being earthside 🌎 @lbreggy @thevitalwoman @meaghan_snider_ I am so honored to have had you there to hold the container for the most tremendous and transformative day of my life,” she added.

Rumer continued, “To my little squambo, scooby you, my twin, my 🔥 firey Aries wonder kid, my best friend and partner in crime I love you more every day and I am so grateful for you 🥹.”

After signing with “Love your mama,” the actress thanked the photographer, writing, “Special thanks to my incredible birth photographer @cristinakingbirth who came out to capture my girl again on her 1st birthday.”

As Rumer shared the carousel of her pictures of Lou, fans gushed about them. One fan even commented about the adorable picture of Bruce Willis with his granddaughter.

Sharing the picture on her Instagram Story, Emma wrote, "Happy 1st Birthday to sweet baby Louetta and Mama."

On the occasion of Bruce Willis' birthday in March, Rummer Willis wished her 'Daddio'. Sharing a carousel of her pictures with her father, the 'Sorority Row' actress shared, "Oh Daddio, to be loved by you is such a gift. You are the funniest, most tender, charming, out-of-this-world silly talented, and magical papa. Looking through these photos this morning."

She continued, "I am just filled with the deepest gratitude that we chose to spend this life together. I am your first baby and man sometimes I wish I could be tiny enough to just cozy up on your chest again and laugh and cuddle you."

"I love you so deep in my bones I don’t know how my muscles hold them. You are the greatest papa I could ever hope for. Thank you for your generosity, your silliness, and your heart. Lou loves you so big," shared the 35-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis.
