LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Justin Baldoni is preparing to take legal action against his 'It Ends With Us' co-star Blake Lively following her accusations of sexual harassment.

The actor, known for his role in 'Jane the Virgin,' intends to file a countersuit, vowing to reveal "every single text" exchanged between the two in an effort to clear his name and disprove Lively’s claims.

Justin Baldoni vows to release all private texts between him and Blake Lively to reveal the truth

Blake Lively, 37, filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, 40, last month, accusing him of inappropriate behavior on the set. In addition to the harassment allegations, Lively accused Baldoni and his team of running a smear campaign against her, aiming to harm her career when the film was released in August.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, has been vocal in defending the actor, asserting that the truth will soon be revealed through the release of the private communications between Lively and Baldoni.

"We plan to release every single text message between the two of them. We want the truth to be out there,"  Freedman told a news outlet, adding "We want the documents to be out there. We want people to make their determination based on receipts."

The countersuit will not only include Lively but also several key figures involved, including Baldoni’s production company, his publicist Jennifer Abel, and crisis publicists Melissa Nathan. The lawsuit also names Lively’s publicist Leslie Sloane as well as Baldoni’s former publicist, Stephanie Jones.

Sources suggest the dispute goes beyond just the allegations. Leaked text messages reportedly indicate that Baldoni’s team discussed strategies to portray Lively in a negative light, potentially aiming to damage her public image.

This has led Baldoni’s legal team to push back against what they claim is a damaging narrative being spread by Lively and her representatives.

In her lawsuit, Lively claims that Baldoni’s actions not only caused her emotional distress but also sought to sabotage her career by painting her in an unflattering light in the public eye.

Baldoni, however, insists that the accusations are false and his team is confident that the forthcoming release of the full text messages will expose the real story.

Fans divided as supporters of Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively clash online over legal battle

Fans were at war on social media, fiercely defending their respective sides in the ongoing legal battle between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively. The heated debate only intensified as new revelations from leaked texts emerged, fueling passionate support for both parties.

A user wrote, "The stance itself shows that he has nothing to hide. His position on this wouldn't be this strong if he wasn't sure of himself (on the fact that he did nothing wrong) Discovery can be a brutal & risky process & he wants to go through it (and pushed Blake to go through it)."

Another added, "If the truth is on your side then go he has to be brave enough to sue."

A third commentator remarked, "I don’t usually take sides, but BL’s behavior seems questionable. To me, she comes across as egotistical and self-entitled, turning what should be a serious film into a spectacle. While I don’t believe Baldoni is at fault, we must remember the saying, 'It takes two to tango'."

A fan claimed on Facebook, "Go for it Justin!!! Your lawyer is laughing all the way to the bank. Good luck paying him when no one in Hollywood will with work with you!"

On the other hand Lively's fans stood in her support.

A person wrote against Baldoni, "Every abuser swears they are in the right. Then it comes up a bunch of bubbling nonsense."

An X user questioned, "So why hasn't he sued her already?"

Another chimed in, "If, the workplace harassment existed, then I think Blake handled the situation like a Boss. Document, counsel with cast & crew, then move on like professionals should. I'll wait for all the other post-production he said/ she said facts to ALL be put out before I dismiss her."

Leaked texts reveal Justin Baldoni and publicists’ alleged plan to 'bury' Blake Lively’s image

Leaked text messages, central to Blake Lively's bombshell lawsuit, have revealed how Justin Baldoni and his public relations team allegedly orchestrated a PR-driven smear campaign to "bury" her image after she accused him of inappropriate behavior on the set of 'It Ends With Us.'

The leaked texts, which were exposed in a report on December 21, highlight conversations between Baldoni and Jennifer Abel, his public relations head, as well as crisis management expert Melissa Nathan.

Abel reportedly told Nathan, "I think you guys need to be tough and show the strength of what you guys can do in these scenarios. He wants to feel like she can be buried."

Nathan, while acknowledging the need for secrecy, responded, "We can’t write we will destroy her," but moments later added, "Imagine if a document saying all the things that he wants ends up in the wrong hands. You know we can bury anyone."

In another exchange, Baldoni allegedly texted Abel a social media post about a celebrity's bullying behavior, stating, "This is what I need." Nathan then proposed a strategy to control the narrative, suggesting hiring contractors to dominate social media by launching "full social account takedowns" and starting "threads of theories."

She emphasized that "All of this will be most importantly untraceable."
