Plank’s decision follows a lawsuit filed by Lively on December 20, accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment during the production of 'It Ends With Us'.

Lively stated Baldoni's inappropriate actions caused her “grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety.” Lively reportedly met with producers to demand protections on set, with her husband Ryan Reynolds also attending.

According to the filing, Baldoni was instructed to cease showing explicit material and making inappropriate comments about the cast and crew.

Baldoni’s legal team has denied the allegations, calling them “categorically false” and accusing Lively’s representatives of making shameful claims.

In her lawsuit, Blake Lively also accused her 'It Ends with Us' co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, of fat-shaming and other troubling behaviors during the production of the 2024 film.

The lawsuit, submitted on December 20 to the California Civil Rights Department, details allegations that Baldoni secretly sent Lively to a weight loss specialist under false pretenses.

According to court documents, Lively, 37, claims Baldoni approached her after she contracted strep throat on set. He allegedly suggested introducing her to a specialist for probiotics. However, during the consultation, Lively discovered she had been referred to a weight loss expert when privacy forms revealed the professional’s actual focus.

The 'Gossip Girl' alum, who had recently given birth to her and Ryan Reynolds’ fourth child, son Olin, in February 2023, described the incident as a form of fat-shaming.

Lively’s complaint also accuses Baldoni of fostering a toxic workplace environment and attempting to retaliate against her for raising concerns about his behavior.

She alleges that Baldoni and a producer on the film targeted her with a “multi-tiered plan” to damage her reputation after she and Reynolds addressed instances of harassment and inappropriate conduct during a meeting.

In a statement included in the filing, Lively said, “I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”
