LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Justin Bieber was thrown into a whirlwind of scrutiny after the arrest of his once close associate Sean 'Diddy' Combs over federal charges of sex trafficking.

However, the 30-year-old musical prodigy is "completely disgusted" by the assault allegations against the disgraced rap mogul, according to US Weekly.

Insider sources told the outlet that Bieber, who welcomed his first son, Jack Blues, with his wife, Hailey Bieber, in August, also "wants nothing to do" with Diddy.

Justin Bieber 'advised' to stay away from Diddy amid controversy

"Justin has been advised to stay as far away as possible from anything and everything related to Diddy," one source told US Weekly. Bieber, a first-time father, "wants to protect himself," according to the insider.

A second source claimed that the 'Baby' singer was mentally in a "hard place" at present in light of his history with the embattled rap mogul, and it was hard for him to process the accusations against the latter.

Furthermore, Bieber was "thrilled to be a dad" because it was "something he's wanted for years," and he currently has all his focus on family. "His happiness being a dad has outweighed his anxiety about Diddy," the source added.

Meanwhile, a third source said Bieber "wants nothing to do with this entire situation," adding, "It’s in his past, and that’s where he wants to leave it."

Diddy's fame started to descend in November 2023 after he was hit with a lawsuit from ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Though he settled the lawsuit, it set precedence for other scandals, particularly his infamous "freak offs," to come to light.

Homeland Security raided Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles homes in Merch, confiscating 1000 bottles of baby oil, lubricants, AR-15s, and ammunition.

The rapper, arrested on September 16 in Manhattan, is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial.

Diddy, who pled not guilty to the sex trafficking and racketeering charges, was denied bail despite the $50 million bond.

Justin Bieber was 'thrown to the wolves' by his parents

Justin Bieber was once very close to the embattled rapper, having spent 48 hours under his custody at the age of 15.

In a resurfaced video from 2009, Diddy was heard boasting about his time with the then-teenager, saying what they do while hanging out could not be disclosed; however, he deemed it as a "15-year-old’s dream."

Concerns have been raised about why the 'One Time' singer's guardians allowed Diddy to become a mentor to him during his childhood.

According to insider sources, Bieber "should never have been allowed to party with Diddy or anyone else when he was a teen," reported Daily Mail. The sources further asserted the singer's mother, Pattie Mallette, and his father, Jeremy Bieber, who was least involved in his life, threw him to the "wolves."
