ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Vice President and Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris impersonated her political rival, former President Donald Trump, during a rally in Georgia on Friday, September 20.

According to the Daily Mail, Trump is known for mimicking his opponents and often does so when discussing incumbent Joe Biden.

Harris turned the table on the GOP nominee while discussing her plans to protect reproductive healthcare for women.

Kamala Harris' impression of Donald Trump at Georgia rally

Kamala Harris shared an instance where a doctor "could have faced up to a decade in prison" for helping their patient under "the Trump abortion ban."

"Understand what a law like this means," she shared. "Doctors have to wait until the patient is at death's door before they take action."

"You know, on the other side... Trump and his running mate, they talk about, 'Oh yeah, but you know, I do believe in the exception to save the mother's life,'" Harris said as she began her impression of Trump.

"Okay, let's break that down, shall we?" she continued in her own voice, asking incredulously, "So we're saying that we're going to create a public policy that says a doctor, a healthcare provider, will only kick in to give the care that somebody needs if they are about to die? Think about what we are saying right now!"

Internet roasts Kamala Harris for her Donald Trump impression

Netizens on the Daily Mail website expressed their lack of enthusiasm for Kamala Harris's attempt to imitate Donald Trump's distinctive speaking style. Here are some comments that illustrate their prevailing opinions.

"So she can't mimic. Add that to the list," wrote a person.

"She does a better job mimicking the accents of the demographic groups she's pandering to," jibed another.

"No she didn’t pull it off," said another user.

"She is everyone but herself," commented a user.

"It doesn't take much to impersonate Trump, just start telling lies and you've nailed his entire existence," remarked another user.

"An accurate impression of Trump would have required her to lie continuously, foment hate for minorities, insult women, fumble her words and present herself as not that bright. Given this I doubt it was a good impression!" expressed yet another.
