The 29-year-old Australian architect stunned spectators by fully baring her breasts in a transparent netting top on her route to the Melrose Tanning Company salon.

According to Daily Mail, Bianca Censori could be subject to jail time, a fine, and the requirement to register as a sex offender for her most recent X-rated act in Los Angeles.

The latest in a string of shocking public decency situations worldwide, Censori's most "extreme" outfit to date has left her perched precariously close to the law.

She has a history of going out in skimpy attire, but her most recent appearance might have crossed the line because it might be construed as indecent exposure under California law.

Under California Penal Code Section 314(1), it is illegal to purposefully display the nude body or genitalia in public or any other setting where it might irritate or offend someone.

For a first offense, an indecent exposure accusation is typically prosecuted as a misdemeanor.

However, Censori might have to face 6 months jail time, pay a fine of up to $1,000, and be registered as a sex offender for 10 years if she receives the maximum punishment for her nearly nude attire.

A PR battle with husband West's ex-wife Kim Kardashian has prompted further concerns about whether Censori followed his orders to walk nude in Los Angeles.

Furthermore, experts have informed Daily Mail that she would not stop as long as her "desperate attempt for publicity" is sustained.

However, Censori might face more than just legal consequences because, following her appearance on Saturday, July 13, restaurateurs have threatened to forbid her and West, 47, from accessing their establishments.

The contentious pair had supper together at a neighborhood BBQ joint in Los Angeles, where Censori, as usual, left nothing to the imagination by dressing in a little silver bikini top that barely covered her massive assets.

Outraged by the display, restaurant owners declared that, in order to safeguard their patrons and kids, they would not allow the rapper and his spouse inside their establishments.

One wrote: "If I am the owner of any establishment that these two intend to enter, I will tell them due to respect for my customers, you are not allowed to enter."

"She looks absolutely ridiculous. How can any decent restaurant accept a customer wearing that? ... This is so much worse," another agreed.

A third enraged restaurant owner added, "You used to get refused entry due to dress codes to a restaurant if you didn't wear a tie, How times have changed, now you can enter and dine almost naked."

Kanye West and Bianca Censori's obscene actions earlier infuriated public

The couple has already offended the public on several occasions with their questionable behavior, and there have even been calls for their arrest in 2023 while on vacation in Italy.

Local residents became incensed with Censori for her skimpy attire during the trip, citing her bare breasts as "disrespectful" on social media in a nation known for its traditional Catholic roots.

The couple's adulterous encounter on a boat in Venice, during which West flashed his bare posterior to shocked visitors, caused the public outcry to reach a frenzied pitch.

Online critics contended that the exposed act amounted to "public indecency," a violation of which the Italian Constitutional Court imposes a punishment of up to €309 ($338).
