Sarunas Jackson can plea for a permanent restraining order
However, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed it and also scheduled a February hearing where Sarunas can work toward seeking a permanent restraining order, RadarOnline.com reported.
This came after Sarunas accused Keke of making “foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not,” in his court filing plea.
He further alleged, as reported by RadarOnline.com, “I have never done such a thing. She has gone to the media [and] has used her celebrity to publicly lie on my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public.”
Sarunas Jackson claimed Keke Palmer ‘harassed and stalked my friends and family’
In his request, the ‘Games People Play’ actor mentioned, “She has harassed and stalked my friends and family’s social media.
“She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on me and my family. Has caused career damage.”

Besides, he claimed, “[Sharon Palmer] has made threats to my family that involve shooting [and] rape. I have the audio my brother recorded to prove.”
“She has publicly lied on me and my family, so we are now receiving death threats. She threatened to put a bullet in my brother’s head,” Sarunas added.
Keke Palmer compared her parents’ relationship to hers with Darius Jackson
Keke and Darius’ relationship officially ended in October last year.
The former pair share a son named Leodis "Leo" Andrellton.
Later, the ‘True Jackson, VP’ star revealed on her podcast, ‘Baby, This Is Keke Palmer’, as per The Independent, “I’ve been really naive because my dad is great and my uncles are great, so misogyny came at me hard and quick.”
Giving examples of her parents, she noted, “I grew up in a house where my mom would say: ‘This is what it needs to be.’ And Larry would be like: ‘Okay, Sharon. Go on ahead, Sharon.’”
“When I entered outside of my household and I saw that everybody doesn’t really respect their wives or even women in the way that my dad respects my mom, it was a pretty rude awakening,” Keke added.
