Responding to a comment that read, "Maybe pregnant?!" Ballerini appeared in the video looking visibly congested, wearing eye patches, and placing her phone down before stepping back in frustration.
"Or, maybe it’s the flu," she responded with a sniffle, making it clear that her recent tour postponements were due to sickness rather than pregnancy.
"Yeah. Cool," she added, dismissing the speculation with a touch of sarcasm.
Kelsea Ballerini's concert cancellations due to illness
The pregnancy rumors emerged after Kelsea Ballerini was forced to cancel multiple stops on her Kelsea Ballerini Live Tour due to health issues, according to People.
On February 6, she shared on Instagram Stories that she had to cut her Buffalo, New York, show short because of her condition.

Despite attempting to push through, she realized she was not able to deliver her usual performance.
"I just got through the first few songs and I couldn't do it. I’m so sorry but I never want to give you a half-a-- show," she continued, promising fans that she will make it up to them once she recovers.
